Meet Marlon Molina, the driving force behind Florida Trench, Corp. (FTC). In 2016, Marlon envisioned and established FTC as a premier underground utility contracting company, dedicated to serving both commercial and residential clients in South Florida.
As the President and Founder, Marlon leads FTC with a passionate commitment to creating extraordinary underground construction experiences for clients and employees alike. His dynamic leadership style is fueled by energy and a visionary spirit, guiding FTC towards achieving its mission.

Vice President & Co-Founder
Meet Osmat Molina, the Vice President and Co-Founder of Florida Trench, Corp. (FTC). With an extensive 20-year tenure in the construction industry, Osmat brings a wealth of experience and a comprehensive understanding of project management.
As a co-founder, Osmat is at the helm of operations at FTC, spearheading critical aspects such as project management, resource allocation, strategic planning, and process improvement. His leadership ensures that FTC consistently meets superior standards in service, collaboration, safety, efficiency, and quality in the realm of underground construction.

General Superintendent
Meet Yolexi Zamora, General Superintendent and key player in the day to day operations of Florida Trench. Yolexi has been with (FTC) since its founding days. Yolexi brings great experience and understanding to the project operation.
As part of Florida Trench, Yolexi has been able to show true leadership, and has set the standard of the values expected from the company's employees.
Yolexi's work also extends to over-watching the safety operations of the crews from job to job. Mr. Zamora has been a critical catalyst for a lot of the company's safety programs and policies needed to have a safe work environment.
Office Manager
Meet Mara, the architect behind the seamless flow of our day-to-day operations. With a keen eye for detail, she expertly manages administrative tasks, from meticulous documentation to maintaining efficient filing systems that keep our office in top-notch order.
As the financial steward of our company, Mara oversees accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the integrity of our financial landscape.
